Sua Maestà il Nero

The mountain cheese from the Chiari family is made from the idea of Rino Chiari to follow the traditions of the Capuchin friars with the help of a cheesemaker from Pieve Roffeno. Sua Maestà il Nero needs 24 months of ripening to guarantee its unique taste and aroma. It has received various awards, including the gold medal for the best hard cheese at the Les Rousses competition.
