Gorgonzola Croce

A soft, bittersweet cheese with very light, gentle piquant notes, which melts pleasingly in the mouth. The soft cheese is white and straw in colour with green-blue veins caused through mould. It is made exclusively with pasteurised whole cows’ milk from dairy farms in the province of the area covered by the Gorgonzola cheese Consortium.
