A drop of oil, a drop of vinegar.  Simple gestures that will bring out the full flavour of any dish. But behind these gestures are genuine concentrations of knowledge and tradition, reflected in the experience of pressing the olives and acidifying the grape must. These are practices that immediately bring the Italian countryside to mind, images of our peasant traditions and their authentic flavours. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a prestigious product which we select, sourcing those growers who most closely follow the techniques that best protect quality. The direct passage from the harvest to the mill, followed by cold pressing and natural decantation, are all criteria that we have sought so that we can offer customers a variety that is always faithful to Italy’s oil making traditions.  And the ideal complement is of course, Balsamic Vinegar from Modena IGT, a product made from patient aging - up to 25 years - in prime quality wooden barrels that become gradually smaller thanks to a refinement process of pouring and adding. We offer the most interesting varieties for each product, suggesting some unusual combinations to bring you new taste sensations: carpaccio, boiled meats, vegetables, strawberries, Parmesan, ice cream... The only limit here is your desire to experiment.
