The ability to combine simple ingredients can be seen at its best in the preparation of sauces, preserves and those recipes that can be used in cooking to liven up the widest variety of dishes. The essence of a herb or a vegetable preserved in a jar to release all of its aroma when opened, is perfect for garnishing a piece of bread, some freshly cooked pasta, a summer salad. There is no end to the creative possibilities, as can be seen in the vast range we have on offer - with mushrooms, onions, truffles, artichokes, pumpkin, and even spices, sea salt from Cervia... The base is often the classic, comforting tomato or even a good Ligurian pesto. Alongside these, we can offer the flavours of typical dishes, from amatriciana to carbonara, arrabbiata, and traditional Bolognese ragu (following the patented recipe that uses prime quality beef), all carefully packaged to bring you the pleasure of a freshly cooked dish. To accompany bread or bruschetta, we have a range of cream spreads with cheese, walnuts, olives, and chilli peppers, as well as “friggione” and other vegetables seasoned and preserved in oil and vinegar: lots of ideas for tasty snacks and appetizers. And lastly, something sweet, with honey from our trusted beekeepers, in a range of different flower versions.
